designed to capture the essence of human form and sculpted drapery found in ancient marble statues.  Inspiration stemmed from famous sculptures including Michelangelo's 'David' and Alexandros of Antioch’s 'Venus de Milo'.  

This look was created for a creative deign process class with a prompt of experimenting with fabric manipulation. I used techniques of pleating, pin-tucking, couching and bleaching to develop my desired effects.
